The Bakery and Café at Rue Cler

We operate a full-scale wholesale bakery on our premises, catering to restaurants throughout the Triangle.  You can get in on the action by stopping by the café after 2pm to pick up a loaf of our artisinally-produced breads.  Fair-trade coffee and espresso drinks made with loally-roasted Carrboro Coffee Company beans, as well as a selection of housemade pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and our famous beignets.  In fact, from heavy cream to farm fresh eggs, you can purchase almost anything we use at the restaurant out of our display cooler.  If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask the barista and we may be able to order it for you!
