How ironic: After searching throughout the Triangle, we discovered the perfect location for our French restaurant in the heart of downtown Durham – less than a mile from Pop’s, our other restaurant! It was love at first site. We knew after our first visit with John Warasila of Alliance Architecture that 401 East Chapel Hill Street would the ideal location not only for our “dream” French bistro, but for our artisan bakery as well.

Along with our longtime friend and Master Baker, Kevin Farmer, we’d been running a small bakery in northern Durham. We’re thrilled to have this opportunity to combine the two businesses in a single location.
